In Cognos 12.1.1, legacy data visualizations and charts that are no longer supported can still be viewed in existing reports without requiring any updates.
Some visualizations removed from IBM® Cognos® Analytics 12.1.0 and later, specifically those based on the Presentation Graphics SDK (PGSDK), are automatically converted to equivalent modern visualizations available in the Cognos.
Below is the list of visualizations and their converted substitutes:
